Very nice overall. Location is about 5 mins walk to main attraction area and Tram station. The 5th floor room with Seaview is a delight. Cleanliness is OK too. Breakfast is fine, but quite filling. Staff are generally helpful. And they guide with some decent boat tour bookings. However, please note that their best room for some reason I couldn't find on Booking.com. For instance I needed a 4 bed with Seaview, but Booking.com had just a 3 bed showing. Ermir at the reception then upgraded me on arrival for an additional fee. Thanks!

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the main attractions easily accessible on foot. The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The room had a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. The staff was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. We are very grateful for the perfect hospitality and will definitely come back here again!

The facilities are very satisfying, in the room there is drinking water, coffee and tea and there is a small refrigerator that works well, clean towels, soap and toiletries, We stayed in room 102 which has 1 double and 1 single available There is a dining table and sofa that are separated, so you can relax and enjoy your meal without dirtying the sleeping area. The female receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is well located, super near to the important places like Blue Mosque, Haifa Sofía and the Gran Bazaar. There are supermarkets near to it and it’s a safe place. The staff was really kind and they allowed us to leave our luggage while was our time flight.
