Good location Clean and tidy Good food Friendly staff
Location is excellent, close enough to Newquay centre to walk (10-15 mins) and the fantastic beaches around the area and also transport amenities (rail and bus). Situated in a quiet residential area for it to be quiet and peaceful.
Everything was just perfect.
Breakfast was fabulous , set us right up for the day . Location was just off the town . Owner friendly , and very helpful . Room spotlessly clean , and smelled lovely .
Great location for us while we're doing the boardmasters festival, half hour walk there and also a bus stop at the end of the road to get into newquay. Private off road parking too.
Everything. The host was very friendly and helpful and all the facilities were clean and fully maintained. Breakfast was also excellent.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend! The Host was friendly and helpful. I liked chatting with him. Mathew, who served our breakfast, was brilliant, too!
The location was lovely and not too far away from the town centre or beaches
It's a little more than a five minute walk to the beach about another ten in top of that. That being said it is a beautiful walk with very pleasant views
Great location for walking into town, good breakfast and free parking.

About This Hotel
BlueHaven sits in a gently maritime setting in Cornwall, a short stroll from Lusty Glaze Beach. Free private parking is available, a real plus for travelers who want to unpack and forget the car for a few days. The Lusty Glaze area is known for its natural beauty, and BlueHaven makes it easy to enjoy it on foot. A short walk leads to the sand and sea, while the wider Cornish countryside invites quiet walks along rugged cliffs and sheltered coves. The property sits in a place that has inspired visitors for generations, and you can feel that sense of place as you plan your days. BlueHaven does not advertise a pool or on-site spa. Instead it leans into direct beach access and the simple pleasure of a seaside stay. Being within a five minute walk of the sandy Lusty Glaze beach means you can rise early for a dawn stroll, spend afternoons on the shore, and return to the comfort of your en suite room when the sun fades. The bright dining room is the heart of the house where homemade meals are served, giving you a home away from home experience. All six bedrooms are en suite, providing privacy and convenience after a day exploring the coast. Each room includes a TV and free Wi-Fi, helping you stay connected or simply unwind with a favorite film after a busy day. The photos suggest comfortable, well-kept spaces with tidy layouts and restful tones that echo the calm of the sea nearby. While BlueHaven does not publish renovation details, guests consistently rate the accommodation highly and appreciate the clean, welcoming atmosphere. Homemade meals are a highlight of the stay. The dining room is bright and inviting, where careful cooking and local ingredients come together in simple dishes that feel like a home kitchen on holiday. Guests can expect generous portions and a friendly service style that makes meals feel personal rather than purely functional. The emphasis here is on enjoying good food without the fuss of a large hotel operation. For families and couples seeking a relaxed base, BlueHaven offers an intimate setting. With just six rooms, you can enjoy a quieter pace and a more personal touch than a larger resort can offer. The hospitality is underscored by practical touches such as free private parking and reliable Wi-Fi, ensuring days out at the beach or along the coast are stress free. In the evenings, a communal lounge and TV area gives guests a place to unwind together after exploring the coastline. The local area provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation, from coastal walks to easy beach access. If you want to explore beyond the sands, the surrounding landscape invites nature lovers to take in sea views and fresh air. Inside BlueHaven, staying connected is easy thanks to in-room TV and Wi-Fi. The small size of the property fosters a calm, homely atmosphere where you can recharge for a new day of adventures.
