By Bus to City was peefect. Bus Station was right there and it Took 15 mins. Breakfast was a typical english one. A friendly welcome

Great location with multiple bus stops within metres making for an easy trip to see the castle etc or to the train station. Friendly staff, great cooked breakfast. Comfortable room. Many narrow stairs to climb, so maybe not for everyone, especially if you have large heavy cases. The hot water takes a long time to come through to the upper floors but is fine once it's running. Easy parking on the street out the front too.

We really liked the staff, the room was cosy. The breakfast was lovely. Made me poached egg which was not on the menu. Would definitely stay again. Tried booking for Christmas market but already booked up 😢

This is great value B&B. Away from the city centre but an easy 12min bus ride to the city. From the B&B, you can view the Edinburgh Castle. Great breakfast.

this guesthouse was a good stay, very clean and comfortable . The best reason why we stayed was the fact that the blue busline's stop is right in front of their gate . aswell as Oceania Cruiseline ! i would like to see soaphoulders ectr to keep the ameneties more user friendly in the shower and bathroom !

The locations was perfect, right in front of the bus stop in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly people who try to accommodate everybody’s need (they also provided packed breakfast for us!). Breakfast was amazing and well cooked. The rooms are clean.
