Not too far from city centre, easy to find and on bus routes. Clean, comfortable, modern & functional. Excellent “Pantry” for 24 hr drinks & snacks and buffet breakfast. Comfortable residents lounge, selection of newspapers provided.

Great location to visit Edinburgh Castle, Victoria street and The Royal Mile. The Lounge, Courtyard and Pantry facility was helpful for young children to relax within. Staff were extremely patient and helpful to any problems which may have occurred.

Very well restored building with a lot of carefully considered and tasteful interior design. The lounge and outdoor courtyard were good additions and the pantry breakfast provision, in with the price, was fine for our needs.

The room was very clean and modern. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good location - about 15/20 min walk from the old town. Felt very safe staying here as a solo female traveller and also travelling to/from the hotel from main centre. Lovely lounge and terrace areas in the hotel. I thought the welcome email / link the hotel sent out before the stay was incredibly helpful for details about the hotel and also the city itself. Blackout curtains in hotel room were great for getting a good rest.

Very good location, 20 mins walk from city centre. Super friendly staff, great heating control in the room, areas to work from around the hotel available too. Convenient lounge area and access to hot drinks/ snacks whenever you’d like!
