Great location. The free No 1 bus and other bus services as well as trams were all close by. Restaurants bars and the National Trust Castlefield viaduct was within walking distance and the Science & Industry museum was across the road. Staff were very friendly too.
Staff helpful very comfy bed and excellent facilities and tea/coffee supplies very good..
Had to pay for the parking which should have been included in the package
The staff were excellent! Genuine, attentive and eager to help. There was a lovely warmth between the staff, they obviously enjoy working together, great to see. Breakfast was good, the coffee machine could be better, coffee not tasting the best. Coffee offered from the bar, when we raised the issue, was lovely...THANK YOU!
The staff are very friendly and genuinely nice.
