Very clean
Cleanliness, peaceful and location was great
Loved the room...it was beautiful with a four poster bed, in a beautiful old victorian building. Clean, warm, cosy; nice modern big bathroom and hot shower. Good tv and WiFi. Tea, coffee, nice towels and clean sheets. No staff at hotel, so I was sceptical, but the INNit staff through text and email were amazing. They replied straight away and were as helpful as possible. They found a parking space round the back of hotel after the one I booked was blocked in. Very helpful. This place is on a lovely street ,,near the sea 5 min walk, near some lovely pubs and restaurants. I loved my stay. Very good value for money. The radiators all had temp control if too hot/ cold. Creaky floorboards are a problem. Also some noisy pipes at night! Thanks to the staff and reception team. I'd definitely go back here. Thanks 🙏
Location, staff, room

Good size, good shower, excellent location
Close to town, comfortable bed.
Lovely big room and bath room with toiletries provided. Comfy bed. Clean. Great price mid week. Big TV on wall. Private entrance to room.
Loved the huge room and the bath! Absolutely awesome to relax in.
Good location and clean
The hotel has a nice design. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. A nice area of Brighton. Nice tea and a couple of biscuits provided. Modern TV with apps on.
Very convenient for Brighton city centre and not too far from the station. Spacious room with a small outdoor space (sea view) Well equipped kitchen, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave and washing machine. Basic foods - tea / coffee / milk and sugar. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and a sofa. Lots of power sockets. We got a good night's sleep, there wasn't any noise - maybe we were just lucky. Overall it was a good place to stay.
Excellent location, comfortable room, heplful stuff. Really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely come back.
Very cosy
Great location and easy to check in. Easily the best value of any of our stays in Brighton and very surprised how good it was for the price. Had the top floor room with a view of the sea (just)
Proximity to centre and seafront, booking in and out so easy, clean comfy and beautifully decorated.
