From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and such genuine energy that my travel fatigue instantly disappeared. My room was spotless, cozy, and just the right kind of quiet. But the real magic happened the next morning when I went up to the terrace. Let me tell you — the breakfast buffet was a dream! So many kinds of cheese, freshly baked bread, warm tea, and that perfect coffee aroma filling the air. And the view? Let’s just say my “quick breakfast” turned into a full-on brunch situation (yes, I went back for seconds 😂). The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and full of good vibes. It felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel. You can tell they truly care about every little detail. From my lens, this wasn’t just a comfortable stay — it was a feel-good experience that left me smiling long after I checked out. If you’re after great service, a cozy vibe, and plenty of happy energy, this is the spot. 🌞☕✨

Right in the heart of the city, it is in a great location where you can walk everywhere. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I felt at home with the warm welcome of the staff. The friends at the reception were both smiling and very helpful, they explained in detail what I asked.My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the city view was really impressive. But the part I liked the most was definitely the open buffet breakfast on the terrace floor! There was plenty of variety and everything was fresh. Warm pastries, fresh fruits, flavors unique to the Black Sea... Drinking coffee was priceless, especially against that view.The staff really loves their job, which is reflected in everything. They even pay attention to small details — for example, the things that end at breakfast are renewed immediately, they take care of them instantly when you have a request. I haven't seen such attentive service in a long time.

I came to Trabzon for a short business trip, but thanks to this hotel, it felt more like a vacation. The location is perfect — right in the city center, so you can walk everywhere easily. What impressed me the most was the overall atmosphere: calm, spacious, and spotless. The breakfast served on the terrace in the morning really helps you start the day full of energy. The open buffet had both local specialties and classic options, all fresh and carefully prepared. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. It’s also a great value for the price. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Trabzon. 🌤️

Room is big. Staff are nice. Breakfast is great. Location is very good. However, as I booked 3 rooms for my family, only one room given as booked the other two rooms one is small in size and the other room although it's bigger but have only one double bed instead of one double and one small beds. So it was not as expected. Because we are tired , we could not fight to get what was expected.
