We had a wonderful stay at Cheya, made especially memorable by the exceptional staff. Kenan, the manager, was always available, going above and beyond to find solutions and ensure every need was met with warmth and care. The cleaning staff kept the hotel spotless, and the entire property felt beautifully maintained. The neighborhood itself is fantastic—safe, walkable, and filled with everything you could want just steps away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will happily return.

Location is good and staff are trying there best. Unfortunately we had an issue with hot water and even though the staff did there best ,it toke 3 days to fix .alternatively we had other flat to use the bathroom.

The location is perfect , the reception guy Mehmet was very kind and helpful and always available to help and he makes you feel home , the location is the middle of Nisantasi beside all shops boutiques , cafes and supermarkets . Location is very safe . The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
