Clean and close to City Center. Responsive hosts.

The room was big , clean, well heated and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the old town is only a couple of bus stations away and the buses run very often.

Good location, easy to walk to Arthur’s seat and a 30 min walk into town, or plenty of bus and uber options. Comfy bed and fair sized room. Perfect home base if you just need a room to sleep in. Nice touch that there is a little bag of breakfast snacks left each morning.

Good location, friendly staff, cosy and comfy, even though breakfast is no longer included they still provided us breakfast in a bag.

Everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. A breakfast bag, drinks and biscuits provided. Self check in was easy.

Good distance and easy access to center of the town. You can take bus or 20 minuts of walk. Easy.

Very nice guest house. It was a bit further away from the center, but not far by bus, and buses were quite frequent during the day. The room was very nice, included a fridge and a kettle. Since they stated they don't offer breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised by breakfast appearing in our room each day :) it was just packable, make-it-yourself breakfast (biscuits, porridge, juice, that kind of thing), but it was still great, we didn't have to eat out in the mornings. Everything was clean and room service came to clean up every day. Also the self-checkin was easy and instructions clear.

Our room was on the ground floor at the back and really quiet. It was attractively decorated and comfortable. Everything was super clean with a gleaming bathroom! The towels and bed linen were excellent quality. We liked the location - only a couple of minutes walk to a bus stop with a very frequent service into the city centre. Also Lots of eating places and coffee shops 15 minutes walk away. It was a great base for exploring Edinburgh.

Very clean and comfortable. Off street parking available. Easy public transport close by to go straight into town. Breakfast supplies daily in your room. We also had a ground floor room. Yah!

The Room was super clean, amazing and friendly staff, the beds could be better however, it wasn't bad, the place is really close to the bust stop i loved my staying overall

Excellent bed, nice room, do-it-yourself breakfast, quiet neighborhood. Just right for a short stay when you're out in the day anyway.

Easy access to buses into Edinburgh and very helpful staff and parking available. Very neat and tidy room with new bathroom and shower!

We had a great stay. Wonderful, clean, spacious room. Nice staff and little touches like a small bag with breakfast supplies, made our stay even better.

Very convenient to get into the old town. Comfortable well furnished large bedroom.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Although we didn’t have the chance to meet our host in person (which we would have really appreciated), everything was well organised and communication was smooth. We didn’t have breakfast on site, but the overall experience was still great and we felt very well taken care of.
