I stayed for 2 days the stuff from the reception they are very welcoming Gülten and Halil they upgrade my room for a better view and this was very kind from them when they knew about me being here for my honeymoon miss Carmen the guest relations manager by herself came to my room and congrats me and she gave me a welcoming cake and fruits and also a restaurant ticket for dinner and sweet and the 19th floor, I have been in more than 30 hotels before this is my best experience, thank you all.
