Guest Reviews
Locate was perfect
The location was so nice, quiet but close enough to all of the Sultanahmet activities. The rooftop terrace and breakfast were so good and the staff was the best part of all.
Friendly and comfortable hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet on the roof terrace with lovely views of the Blue Mosque and the city. I enjoyed trying the different foods offered. Loved the location of this hotel as well. It’s very well placed in easy walking distance of most of the tourist sites.
Good location for main attractions
Brilliant location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean room. Great breakfast, different each day, with a wonderful view
The location is absolutely excellent, just 5 mins walk from The Blue Mosque etc. with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room looked exactly as was pictured in the photographs and the staff were very helpful. While breakfast was traditional Turkish and not really to our taste, we could always find something as there was a huge selection on offer. We had an early departure and the hotel made us a really tasty sandwich as we missed breakfast. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Location, friendly staff, breakfast
The staff were all helpful and respectful. Hotel is in great location - walking distance to popular tourist attractions, restaurants, mini markets/groceries, etc. Very comfortable bed.
Location and the finishing in the room
Very good location 10 mins to the square with all the main attractions Restaurants on the doorstep. Helpful staff Nice rooftop terrace restaurant
A beautiful restored hotel in the heart of old town Istanbul. The staff were so accommodating and kind. The breakfast was absolutely amazing (we looked forward to it every day!) and the views over the Bosphorus were incredible. We had a Small but clean and cozy room with extremely comfortable beds. The adjoining cafe was also a treat. Makes a perfect jumping off point for Istanbul exploration. Would highly recommend!
Perfect location in Sultanahmet with historical sites and restaurants within walking distance. The twin room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast terrace has views of the Bosphorus and Blue Mosque and the food was varied and delicious. The staff were welcoming and informative - A special thanks to Irfan for ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!
Staff were superb! Irfan in particular was so good at messaging with me before the stay and arranged our guided tour, plus restaurant suggestions and making all of bookings. Each was spot on and really helped make our short stay a great one. The room was very nice too and location is perfect. Just 10mins stroll from Hagia Sofia, Topkapi palace, blue mosque, cistern etc. View of the sea and blue mosque when having generous breakfast on the terrace at the top was really good too!
Location, staff and comfortable bed aswel as breakfast with a view
Convenient travel to the popular landmarks
The property was beautiful and traditional style of Turkish accomodation which my partner and I loved. It gave an old timey feel which made us feel apart of Istanbul culture and history and we were right next to Sultanahment Mosque and Aya Sofya, which was beautiful. BUT the best part about this hotel was the breakfast. My partner at I would wake up at 7 just to make sure we could be the first ones there at 7:30 it was so delicious and fresh, there was a new variety of breakfast options everyday. The tomatoes and watermelon were so fresh, the cakes and desserts and just everything was so amazing, I haven’t eaten that good in a while. (We are staying at another hotel in turkey now and just for comparison, it’s nowhere near as good). We’ve even considered coming back on our layover that’s how good it is, keeping us full into the late afternoon. The concierge were also very good especially Ismail Bey who highlighted all the places we could go and and even where to avoid. Would 100% recommend!
Very well located and amazing staff always very helpful
Receptionists were FANTASTIC in helpings with everything (booking a hammam, airport taxi, restaurant, Bosphorus cruise, etc). They are five star !!
Clean, affordable and very close to tourist attractions
Excellent stay in perfect location to explore the city, wonderful staff and great breakfast with an unreal view
