We did not arrive till about 1 am in the morning and our hotel front desk host was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel right at home and got a us some hot Turkish tea and escorted us to our rooms.. he was a delight after our long flight! And the location was amazing just one block or so to the Basilica Cistern, The Hagia Sophia, and The Blue Mosque. Will definitely be back!

The young man on the front door when we arrived was exceptional with his help in regards to an over priced taxi driver. We were there for 6 days and found all staff extremely helpful and happy. It was a delight to see our cheery cleaning lady, Saniye, greet us every morning with a big hello and beautiful smile. Very happy to recommend 🙂

The staff was friendly, I got an upgrade of the room as the original one had no light or light button next to the bed and it was also noisy next to the road, the breakfast was amazing and the gym and sauna were good too.
