Staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially gentleman called Lee at reception. Room was comfortable, powerful shower, coffee machine in the room, Aircon not noisy. Good breakfast

Room was spacious and had everything needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a good amount of choice. Dining room is bright and inviting. Children enjoyed the pool. Reception area/bar are comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly good. Providing a very good variety of breakfast, lovely rooms, staff, swimming pool and location. Because of the mattress difficulty explained below the hotel kindly upgraded us.

It was quiet, the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The room was comfortable. The fitness room was excellently set out with a good variety of decent fitness machines suiting all capabilities, including serious gymnasium users. The pool staff were very helpful and informative.
