The hotel staff is truly wonderful – very polite, helpful, and professional. I arrived after a 13-hour drive and there was a misunderstanding regarding the parking fee. Although I was initially upset, the staff handled the situation with great professionalism, offered compensation, and even covered the parking later on as an additional gesture. Their customer care really made a difference in my stay.
