Guest Reviews
As advertised help yourself. Everything you need was available. Owner was most helpful on arrival
I liked my room it was clean and spacious with its own bathroom attached. The staff and owner were all very lovely and very helpful and will definitely stay at the Driftwood again
Not to far from the beach and town. Helping yourself to breakfast is ok. Shame there isn't fry ups.
Location,
The provided facilities are great. Loads of tea/coffee/water and biscuits in the room. Loads of options for the help-yourself breakfast. Cereals, toast, fruit etc.
Great owner and excellent value! Some really nice personal touches as well, would fully recommend.
Super comfy and cozy rooms, easily accessible from the train station, central to walk all over. Pete was a very friendly and welcoming host with vast knowledge of the area and local attractions. Very nice do it yourself breakfast selections. The rooms were equipped with adjustable heating and the bathroom was clean with a nice, hot shower. Would definitely stay again.
Everything!!!
Handy for town, good size, easy to find
I could grab my own breakfast at 0630. Comfy bed, quiet room.
Pete was very friendly and chatty on arrival, and showed me to my room and the dining room. (I was able to park at the property....great bonus in Weymouth!) The hospitality tray included lots of tea/coffee and milk, water and a jar of biscuits! :) Room was clean and comfortable, and self service breakfast was amazing! Cereal, porridge, more drinks choices, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices, croissants and bread, with a toaster and microwave. =) It was an easy walk to town and harbour, and I enjoyed it so much that I stayed an extra night. Amazing value for money! Didn't want to leave! Thankyou, Pete and Trace!
Rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. Rooms are well stocked with tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits and toiletries. Rooms are well lit and the bed was amazingly comfy.
The location, quiet and close to the city enough to be reached easily by a short walk. Quite with no noise pollution. Good self service breakfast Parking in the driveway of the property

A few minutes of easy strolling and you are on Weymouth Beach where families and couples can enjoy sun and sea. The harbour area provides a pleasant promenade with boats and a constant view of the water. For nature lovers the nearby nature reserve on the Jurassic Coast offers winding paths and opportunities to observe coastal birds and wildflowers.
