Guest Reviews
Excellent location, very clean and tastefully decorated, room was well equipped and very comfortable
Beautiful room
It was in a quiet part of greater Manchester which had lovely surroundings . The parking on site was free and we were able to walk to the tram to get us into central Manchester.
Lovely house so felt very personal and yet so comfortable. Not at all corporate but with wonderful Facilities.
Location and level of comfort - great value for money
Beautiful building, well maintained
Beautifully furnished and in a great location
Comfortable beds, good shower, nice room. We stayed for two nights in the end and enjoyed it. Breakfast is not cheap, but the full option was pretty good, the continental less so. The guest lounge is very pleasant for reading a book or enjoying a pre-dinner drink. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel in a good location for us
We loved this beautiful Victorian house hotel, our room was lovely it had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Location was perfect and the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Every thing about this small hotel, was as described
Everything. Exemplary staff and the rooms are amazing
It’s always great staying here
Friendly staff, very clean and outstanding shower. Breakfast excellent.
The staff gave us a warm welcome and offered to carry our luggage. We’d been given a room on the top floor but there is no lift. I asked if there was any other room available and we were given a room just a few steps from the main entrance, perfect The room was clean, confortable and a massive gorgeous bed was in the middle. There are roof lights that had blinds if you want them but I loved having any light coming into the room Big, warm bathroom and plenty of storage for our needs Te lounge had a fireplace with a fire and was surrounded by comfy chairs, the bar us open 24/7 Breakfast was served in a lovely room and we sat in the attached conservatory. Full English breakfast including thick sliced lean bacon, good quality sausages, eggs etc but also the continental offering was also available with it. I would go back any time (lovely big Christmas tree too). No they’re not paying me say all this!
Only stayed one night but couldn’t fault it. Staff were very welcoming. Room was above expectations. Breakfast was an extra but good. Free parking.
I am a returning guest. This is a lovely property. Good location. Parking . Bedrooms are lovely and very well thought out for any needs
