Elite World Istanbul Florya Hotel

We are staying a second time at this hotel. It is beautiful property with spacious rooms. There additional amenities to enjoy while you are staying: turkish baths, sauna, steam room, nice gym and huge indoor pool. We had very nutritious breakfast which was included with our room.

The interior was very nice and clean, giving such a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The workers were absolutely amazing, they truly made me feel at home! A special thanks to Oguzhan and Enes for being so professional, kind, caring and very attentive always ready to help whenever I needed anything. Also, Emre was very nice. The whole team went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended!

Thanks to reception ozkan for helps

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, the gym facilities with spa were great! If we didn’t ask for the room to be cleaned they would still leave water bottles outside.

Breakfast was great with good selection. Staff were excellent. In particular the ozkan yilmaz (guest relations manager) was excellent and sorted out a dinner cruise, various transport and booked a fish restaurant for us. Very efficient and couldn’t do enough for us.

Location is great, relation manager, Mr Ozken, was very friendly and took our issues during the stay and solved them to the best he could

The place was very quiet, the food was amazing and the staff was very attentive especially Mr. Ozkan, and his assistants Can and Yasin. They make sure that our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. They gave good recommendations for interesting places to visit in Istanbul, and also arranged a beautiful Bosphorus tour. I will recommend that anybody going to Istanbul stay there.
