Location and cleanliness

the staffs were kind, the bed was comfortable, there're some convenient store nearby

The hotel is close to the metro just 5 minutes' walk, the staff are nice. The room also big

Little delay in checkin process

80% of the staff are very nice Especially Mohamed &. Mariam. in breakfast area Yehia. & Tina. In reception Very helpful in every thing

I used an one bed apartment in the top floor. The room was super clean and spacious. The balcony was the highlight. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night and saw the night view. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The check in and check out processes were super smooth. The location of the hotel is also nice. I took the havabus from the airport to Taksim square, and then walked to the hotel in about 7 minutes. No climbing was required to get the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Also the location is near to the center of Taqsim The staff for reception and also the breakfast staff (Mohammed) is very supportive and friendly.

Great location,very near taksim but really quiet at the same time.Nice breakfast,helpful staff and amazing value for the price we payed. Would reccomend🙂

The staff were exceptional. Yahyar was class from the start and went over and above to look after me. You get the sense he does this with every customer. Tasnim was also friendly and welcoming as well as another member who gave me directions. Generally a good stay!
