Guest Reviews
Loved everything about this guest house. Walking distance to the city centre and train station. The room was lovely, overlooking the street corner. I don’t know why but I loved this. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have snacks in the room. The host was very welcoming and friendly and very kindly packed a breakfast for me every morning because I had tours that commenced very early. This was so appreciated.
Close to the centre of Inverness and close to a laundromat which is hany when you have been travelling!
All was very good. Patient and attentive guests.
The place was very accurately advertised. No surprises. Bonus was that the staff was super friendly which made us feel extra welcome.
Food, comfort, location and friendly hostess - excellent accommodation.
Nice room, comfortable bed, very good service, convenient location
Amazing host and hospitality, excellent location, great facilities, spotless.
I had a very comfortable stay here. I had visited Inverness to attend a show at the Eden Court and needed somewhere to stay. This was ideal. The Guesthouse is an older style, but that was one of the things I loved about it. My room had twin beds and was situated at the front of the property. There was some traffic noise but to be honest by about 10.30-11pm, I heard very little noise. I slept like a log. Kathy, the host, seems very caring about her guests. There is a quiet time in place here which people observed. I was back late one night at about 10.30pm and was as quiet as possible with things like closing doors and returning to my room. I had thought I'd booked breakfast but unfortunately I hadn't. Kathy was very accomodating and let me book and pay for breakfast for both nights. I had the Continental Breakfast which was plenty for myself and I felt it was very good value for money. John, who serves the breakfasts in the morning is very attentive (without being intrusive) and makes you feel at ease. I would definitely stay here again.
clean and tidy
The room was good and the bathroom was large and well appointed. The location was good for our purposes. There were chairs to sit on in front of the house.
Well cared for house made into lovely guest house. Host was very responsive and stores bags for us while on tour which was greatly appreciated.
Friendly atmosphere, good location, comfortable bed (firm), good breakfast. Clean.
Perfect location, near to the train station and restaurants
It's a very nice B&B in a central street in Inverness, with nice seafood restaurant on a corner (so busy needs to be booked in advance). Staff were super friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good. There is also an option for hot full Scottish breakfast at extra charge. Overall, lovely stay in Inverness!
So quaint and clean! Ruby was a sweetheart of a helper! ☺️💗
Loved the place so cute.
It was very central 2 blocks from Ness Walk. The lady who owns it is very caring for her guests. The place has a great breakfast & decor is so cute.
Great location, very clean a d although single room was small it had everything you could need. Comfortable bed, good shower, plenty towels, housecoat, nice toiletries, good wifi and a TV. There was also a tea and coffee tray and even a chocolate biscuit. Great value.Wish I could have stayed longer. I missed breakfast as had to leave early next morning. The owner is lovely. I'll definatly stay here again.
The proprietors were very accommodating about my late.arrival. Very friendly and welcoming. Spotless.place, couldn't fault it.
Elegant place, with clean yet historical furnishings. Very kind hostess. Helped me find parking spot as I had arrived late in the evening.
