Excellent stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect — close to everything. A special thank you to Irfan, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always greeted me with a smile. I’ll be happy to stay here again!

The hotel itself is very nice, the bed and room are comfortable. The fellow at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, giving us excellent directions for arrival and departure via public transport and good restaurant recommendations. The location was very good for walking to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and other sites.

Hotel has a perfect location to visit everything. The most visited places are walking distance, amazing food one block away and shopping too. The staff was simply amazing since the beginning, they offer you to pick up from the hotel for a good deal, and they offer you also other activities with pick up to the hotel. They were always willing to help and friendly.

Location is perfect. Staff is exellent. They are helpfull, kind and so positive.

* Good location close to Costa cafe (coffee-addicts from UK like me would appreciate) and within short walking distance to all most famous Instanbul's attractions. * Clean modern-style room with all the basics covered. * Polite and very helpful staff.

We spent three very pleasant nights at the Euro Design Hotel. The location is excellent; most major attractions are within walking distance, and there are also many bars, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The room was very nice, well equipped and clean. The staff were outstanding: responsive even prior to our arrival, punctual, and consistently helpful. They replied within minutes and arranged both our transfer and a boat tour, services we can highly recommend as we enjoyed them very much. We were especially grateful for their many practical tips, including advice on currency exchange, the bazaar, and even where to find a comb:). We had a great time, and and will certainly choose the Euro Design Hotel on our next trip to Istanbul. Thank you.

The location and the breakfast was amazing also the staff is very helpfull

Location is perfect, especially if you need the Marmaray Sirkeci station, which is literally next door. I really enjoyed the quality of the bathroom goods and toiletries. To me, that's a hallmark of a good quality hotel. The front desk staff was also impeccable - very helpful and efficient at key moments (check-in and check-out), not intrusive at any other time.

info@eurodesignhotel.com Dear Hotel Manager, I am a customer who had stayed in the hotel with my friend from Aug 20 to Aug 23. We requested a deluxe twin bed room, and it was approved. I'd like to share with my positive experiences and the issue staying in the hotel. On the first day of my arrival at 5am, we had our information registered and we left our luggage in the lobby as the official check-in is not ready yet. We returned to the hotel at about 4pm. However, we were told that there was no more room with twin beds. We approached the lobby counter for help, and finally the staff helped us to change the king-size bed to twin bed. In the breakfast time, the staff, Gõkçe, was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the Turkish coffee she made. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, places of interest, as well as the tram stop and ferry port, which makes exploring the city very easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a good of variety. Service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention goes to Irfan at the reception – he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to dine at, and the best transport options to get around. Thanks to his assistance, our stay was even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in a perfect location, and we would definitely recommend it.

My girlfriend and I spent 5 days in this fantastic hotel. The room was clean and perfect; the breakfast was delicious and changed every morning. Special thanks to the receptionists who provided us info and advices about Istanbul, especially Bekir, who made us feel at ease since the moment we arrived with his friendliness and courtesy. The hotel is strategically located, close to public transport (trams and metro). We can’t wait to return to Istanbul and in this magnificent hotel!
