I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which really enhanced my comfort. The hotel exudes luxury, with elegant decor and upscale amenities throughout. The upgrade to the suite was absolutely worth the money, providing extra space and added comfort that made the stay even more special. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The staff at breakfast were extremely nice and attentive, always ready to assist and ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, excellent service, and fantastic facilities, making it highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Fairmont Quasar Istambul is just over the Top Hotel! Modern, beautiful, comfortable....definitly a 5 Stars Hotel! The breakfast is delicious with so many options of food is even difficult to describe! The sauna and swimming pool in the end of the day brings relax moments before the dinner. Staff outstanding. Special thanks to Ramazan during our breakfast. I strong recomend stay at Fairmont. You trip to Istambul will be unforgettable!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the comfortable and spotless rooms. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Many thanks to Ethan who took care of us. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the spa and breakfast]. The location is also perfect, also close to metro station. It’s a great hotel with excellent service and Annette’s. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a very wide variety of food, fruits and sweets. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom has a shower and Turkish bath. It’s close to Zorlu center, which offers high end luxurious international designer clothes.

Where do I even start? The staff immediately were exceptional. The moment we stepped foot into the property it felt elevated and impeccable customer service. Our favorite friend is Ilayda! Our concierge. She honestly made our stay perfect. There were no questions left unanswered, or request made unmet. We ate at the best restaurants (I think about this all the time), danced at the best clubs w/ her connections (I also think about this a lot) and she had us shopping at the best areas! I cannot recommend Ilayda enough! She would answer us off the clock! Who does that? No one. I miss Istanbul and we miss Ilayda. As for the facility itself? Nothing less than amazing. From the outdoor pool to the stone beds, the indoor pool, spa... gym ... everything was exceptional. We stayed on the 30th floor and had almost panoramic view of the city. Fairmont bedding and decor is always immaculate. As for the breakfast? We set a timer just to go eat even though we would get any sleep. The Fairmont experience was top tier. I believe I even recommended the stay even while I was in Istanbul (before even writing this review).

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail. The facilities are outstanding — every corner is beautifully designed, and the amenities, from the spa to the fitness center, are simply top-notch. Cleanliness is clearly a priority, with our room and all common areas spotless and inviting. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we are already looking forward to returning. Fairmont Quasar is truly a gem!
