Ferman Port Hotel – Special Category

This was my second time visiting this hotel the rooms are amazing, excellent breakfast with nice view, clean the sheets and towels was smelling great the perfume in the hotel was makes feel clean. This time was exceed my expectations. All was amazing definitely I will stay again. The location is perfect 👌🏻

The location is great - 10 minute walk over the bridge to the Grand Bazaar/New mosque area, 1 minute to the tram station, and 3 mins to a brilliant area for eating and drinking, with lovely back streets and outside eating. Also the Galata tower is less than 10 minute walk, and the pier for getting on boats is 2 minute walk. However, what really made this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. Yashar, Resul and Cagri were all so helpful and friendly - recommending things to do and making bookings for us when needed. Brilliant service - thankyou Ferman Port Hotel!

Beautiful and centrally located. Clean and classy.

The hotel is in the very center of Istanbul and perfectly situated for sightseeing, dining and shopping. Rooms are comfortably equipped and have plenty space for 2 persons. ESPECIALLY THANKS to RESUL and MEDENI who took care of our rooms, baggage and taxi. They organized everything with much attention and care!!!!

Convenient location, friendly staff, especially Rasul who was very helpful.

All was really good experience. The location is very nice . Tramway and port are literally in 2 min walking distance. We were able to move around with o problem whatsoever. All the staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. We want to thank all the guys who is working there for making our trip comfortable. As well want give our special thanks to Mr. Resul and Muhammad. The hotel itself is really cute and clean. For two girls traveling it was really convenient and safe.

We returned to the same hotel after our trip to Cappadocia for the same reasons, as it is right in the heart of Istanbul and within walking distance of many attractions. The guest service is friendly, clear, and most importantly efficient, with a quick checkout at twelve rather than the usual eleven, which is such a relief. Both cabs we booked through the hotel arrived right on time, and breakfast was just as lovely as before, I already miss it. The hotel offered great value for its price and exceeded my expectations, and would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The staff is really helpfull, especially the receptonist Yashar. He was really friendly and helped us with all of our questions.

Location was extraordinary, easy to reach all sightseeings, restaurants, Egypt Bazar and Galata Bridge, the hotel is also very close to the area of Museum of Modern Art Istanbul - modern part of the city. Personal was so helpful and nice: especially at the Reception and in the Restaurant, sincerely open, smiling, explaining, calling taxi, even got for our group a wine opener late in the evening. We all are very satisfied with the location, beautiful rooms, exceptional view of the Bosphorus from the restaurant and so opened caring people who work there

I was traveling with my wife and infant baby and the staff was so accommodating. They made it feel like home, so friendly, helpful and attentive. In addition to the excellent staff the room was charming and comfortable, right in the absolute best location. I felt like we were in the middle of everything, but it was quiet. It was like I dreamed this place up for our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They kindly arranged an early check-in for us and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, with a stylish and unique interior, and the location was perfect. The terrace offers wonderful views of the Bosphorus, and the breakfast was delicious.

Amazing location, really near to the public transport system. Mr.Smile and his colleagues are so sweet, really helpful staff who print the documents for me.

Loved the location. It was good walking distance to the attractions I wanted to see. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of options and friendly staff waiting on you! The view from the breakfast area was incredible!
