We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made our experience all the more enjoyable. The hotel has five floors, and since my mother has health concerns, we requested a room with elevator access. They responded to our booking right away and happily accommodated our request without hesitation. Originally, we booked for nine nights as we had planned to travel to another city afterward, but when our plans changed, the staff went above and beyond. Instead of us having to move to a different hotel or even a different room, they graciously allowed us to keep our room. On top of that, because the rate at the time of extension was higher than our original booking, they kindly offered us a discount so the price difference was minimal. This thoughtful gesture saved us the stress of relocating and showed how much they value their guests. The room itself was very comfortable and practical, with plenty of closet space for the three of us. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV even came in handy for streaming Spotify. When our personal steamer broke, the staff kindly provided us with an iron. We arranged for housekeeping every other day, and each time the room was cleaned with fresh towels provided. Although we didn’t use the laundry service, it was available for guests. The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square. Along the way there are several convenience stores and plenty of restaurants, and with the metro station right in Taksim, public transport was quick and simple to use. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff’s warmth, flexibility, and kindness truly set it apart, and because of them, our trip was even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will most certainly stay here again when I return.

Great location. Spacious room. Nice balcony. Nice bathroom. Warm shower. Great check-out time (12 am). They let us leave the luggage there so we didn’t have to walk around with it both before check-in and after check-out.
