Guifang 9.0

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, offering excellent transport links and easy access to a wide range of shopping options, vibrant bars, and diverse restaurants. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for both city living and seaside relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and truly exceptional. During my stay, I accidentally left my bag on the tram and felt completely hopeless, especially being in a foreign country. The team at the reception immediately stepped in to help — they contacted the tram lost property centre on my behalf, and Meral, who spoke excellent English, even accompanied me to the last tram stop to retrieve my bag because she was worried I might get lost. I was deeply touched by their kindness and the genuine care they showed — a true reflection of the warm and generous nature of Turkish people. Thanks to their help, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a heartwarming memory. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.

Cecelia 8.0

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast was good, especially if you get there early while everything is fresh and available. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay here again.

Small but lovely hotel. Staff all very nice. Room spotless, nice bathroom with a really good hairdryer. Powerful shower with really hot water. Mini fridge and kettle in room. Air con worked well. Breakfast very varied and proper filter coffee not the usual awful instant stuff most hotels have. Right next to main shopping area and few mins walk to old town and harbour.
