The hotel is very nice, very clean, spacious rooms. The area is great, walking distance from the historical center, but not crowded. The private parking is a strong point. The stuff from the reception is very helpful.

Everything was great but two things- firstly the lighting. All was good during the day but there was no ‘big’ light so to speak for the evening so everything was quite mood lighting, but when you’re a family with a one year old, not the best so I would’ve preferred a big light just to brighten the place up in the evenings. Also, the timings for the pool access for children was annoying as it was between 10am and 5pm. I understand that this was due to the spa opening in the evenings however if you’re a family and you want to spend a day out, it did make it quite inconvenient, so my children could only access the pool on two days which they absolutely loved as the pool itself is great, but we were finding it quite difficult to fit pool time in with our itinerary. There should be more flexibility on times, for example, it would’ve been nice if the pool was open earlier i.e. form 7am when breakfast began so that they could’ve had a quick swim before breakfast and then we were ready to leave the hotel for ten. I did find those times quite limiting.

Hotel is at a good location. Has lots of amenities/eatery/ transport services around. The staff overall are nice and very pleasant especially if you are with children (cleaning and spa/wellness staff).

Thanks to Gulsoy reception personnel, especially to Sercan bey. He was very attentive and polite to our every request from our arrival day and check out time. Top location for those, who go to do sightseeing, as metro and tramvai stations are located close to the hotel. This was not our first time when we select Gulsoy hotel and hope not the last one.
