Ismail, the porter/receptionist was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Also very well located. Close the Grand Bazaar and mosques, but also just enough outside of the crowded areas to be peaceful.

The location is excellent and a convenient walk from and to the Havaist airport bus drop off and pick up. The staff is friendly. The room cleaned every day. The breakfast is delicious. The decor in the room is beautiful and my room 702 had an incredible view.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and perfect for me and my family, only about a 5-minute walk (300–400 meters) to the Beyazit tram station. After the evening the area becomes very quiet since the nearby shops close, which made it great for peaceful nights and good sleep. The price was extremely reasonable, and I found the hotel to be very family-friendly as most of the guests were families as well, so I highly recommend it if you are traveling with children. Our room was comfortable and well-furnished with new beds, furniture, lighting, and very clean bathrooms. Housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping everything tidy. We are a family of four (two kids, 10 and 6 years old), and the room was spacious and comfortable with a very good air conditioning system. The staff were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond – for example, they provided us with an iron several times without delay. Breakfast was simple but quite good considering the price. In addition to all these advantages, the hotel is also very close to the Beyazit food street, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Overall, this hotel gave us everything we needed, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Istanbul.

Clean with modern bathroom. Good breakfast. Good aircon and hot water. Surprised only rated one star, certainly deserves two stars. Handy for the tram and not too far to walk to main sites like Hagia Sofia
