الموقع ممتاز و فطور ممتاز
The staff was very helpful and pleasant, if you need information about the city or something else they are open to help you.
Room was clean, no bugs, as well as the whole hotel was very well tended and the staff was nice. You cam weight your luggage at the lobby and there is an option for breakfast too (8am to 10am). There were towels, soaps and toilet paper included. Overall we very pleased with the stay and would recommend it to future visitors of Istanbul.
Все было вполне приемлимо

About This Hotel
The Grand Liza Hotel sits in the historic heart of Istanbul, offering a compact but characterful base for travelers who want easy access to one of the city’s best known shopping streets and iconic waterfront views. The property is located on Tiyatro Caddesi No 114 in Kumkapı, Beyazıt, and is just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar, a stones throw from the old town’s atmospheric lanes, and within reach of the Bosphorus skyline that frames countless Istanbul experiences. Guests benefit from a setting that blends traditional Turkish hospitality with practical city convenience and a restaurant concept that highlights local flavors with a dramatic Bosphorus perspective. A defining feature of the Grand Liza Hotel is its on site Turkish restaurant, which offers panoramic Bosphorus views that combine a memorable dining experience with a sense of place. The restaurant showcases Turkish cuisine in a setting that looks out over one of Istanbul’s defining waterways. This is complemented by the surrounding area where narrow streets, lively street life, and easy access to historic sites enrich a stay here. The hotel’s public spaces, including a welcoming lobby and a light filled dining area, are designed to feel intimate and easy to navigate, which makes it a smart choice for travelers who appreciate a sense of ambiance without a long walk from their room to the restaurant or reception. The property provides air conditioned guestrooms with free WiFi, a practical anchor for modern travelers. Rooms are described as comfortable and well equipped to handle city breaks, with evidence of contemporary touches inside through the available photography and guest room features. In room comfort includes beds that appear to be well appointed in the photos, a wardrobe and space to relax or work. The on site amenities extend to private bathrooms, many of which include showers, and a general emphasis on clean, uncomplicated styling that keeps the focus on rest and recharging after a day of sightseeing. From the moment you step into the guest rooms you are likely to notice a calm, uncluttered aesthetic. The photos show a range of room layouts, all designed to maximize the available space in a property with 22 rooms. Features you can expect include a comfortable bed, a practical wardrobe, and a functional bathroom with a shower. Many rooms also present a sense of light and air through windows or balconies that frame the city or surrounding rooftops. While renovation specifics are not provided, the emphasis on modern, clean lines and practical comfort is clear through the guest room presentation and the on site information. Food and drink are central to the Grand Liza Hotel experience. The on site Turkish restaurant forms a focal point for guests who want to sample traditional flavors without leaving the building. The restaurant is marketed with Bosphorus views, offering a dining backdrop that enhances the overall mood of a Turkish meal. Breakfast is represented in the hotel’s content through photo tags such as Breakfast and Buffet or Continental breakfast, which suggests that guests have access to a range of morning options that may include both continental style and buffet style service. This is a helpful feature for families and early risers who want a complete start to the day with local staples alongside international choices. For guests who are traveling with family, the Grand Liza Hotel presents a family friendly approach in terms of occupancy and policies. The hotel allows children of any age, which makes it appealing to families looking for a compact, central base in Istanbul. The occupancy policy notes a maximum of 7 guests per booking, with a policy that highlights the possibility of free stays for younger children when using existing beds, up to a certain age, and with limitations on cots and extra beds. It is important to note that there is no capacity for extra beds or cots, according to the hotel policy, and children 7 years and above are charged as adults. These policies can help families make informed decisions about booking options and room sharing, ensuring they understand any potential costs in advance. Entertainment and relaxation in the immediate area is practical thanks to the lobby and possible lounge or bar spaces, which are common features shown in the hotel’s photos. The public areas are designed to feel welcoming and provide a backdrop for casual evenings in the city. While the property does not advertise a full scale spa or wellness center, the overall vibe of the hotel is one of comfortable hosting with an emphasis on practical amenities that support a relaxed city break. Guests can also benefit from reliable in room amenities and the ability to stay connected with free WiFi throughout the stay. The Grand Liza Hotel is ideal for travelers who want a central Istanbul location with a direct link to the city’s historic highlights and a memorable Bosphorus influenced dining experience. It is well suited to couples seeking a romantic city stay with a dramatic skyline backdrop and a Turkish dining option right on site. It can also work well for families who plan to explore Grand Bazaar and nearby historic sites during the day and return to a compact, comfortable base in the evenings. The combination of a well placed location, a Turkish restaurant with Bosphorus views, free WiFi, and 22 warm, approachable rooms makes this hotel a practical choice for those who value convenience, a touch of local flavor, and easy access to the heart of Istanbul. In short, Grand Liza Hotel provides a clear value proposition for visitors looking to immerse themselves in Istanbul’s old town energy while enjoying the comfort of air conditioned rooms, easy dining options, and a friendly, family aware policy framework. It is an option that prioritizes location, ease of access to a major shopping and sightseeing corridor, and a dining experience that emphasizes Turkish cuisine in a setting with sea views.
