Grand S Hotel

Great location for any travelling into Istanbul and then jumping on a bus to travel to other cities as it is an easy 5 minute walk to the main regional bus station. Hotel room was great, staff were extremely friendly, polite and happy to assist. I would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation close to the bus station

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast tastes

Good facilities, nice and polite staff.

We were happy with the cleanness. It was very good, and the staff working there, Fatima, was very helpful and well-mannered.

Great choice of various items everyday. Staff at the reception were professional and did their best to resolve any issues or answer any queries. Mr Turgut, Mr Tolunay, Mr Ishak and others were exceptionally helpful. Cleaners did great jobs. Everyone worked as a team for our comforts.

Great hotel, with beautifully designed rooms, friendly staff and a restaurant in the same building

Very pleasant and helpful staff service

Clean, Hospitable, Professional

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. It is near to main bus station and there is a metro station near to hotel. The breakfast has a noticeable variety and very good. Thanks for everything!!

Everything. The personel was fantastic and very helpful.

The toaster was not working.

I stayed here for one night, and the staff helped me with late check-in and so the late check-out. The room is clean, and has all the facilities that are listed. The location is nice and I was able to walk directly from the bus station even in the mid night. The breakfast is quite good, but I suggest everyone to head early for breakfast for get some nice dishes. We went by 9 AM, and some demanding dishes are about to be over already.
