I stayed at the hotel for two days, about a month before arrival I contacted the hotel management to inform them that the date of the stay coincided with my 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted a simple celebration to make my beloved wife happy. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the generosity beyond my imagination, as Mr. Ali upgraded the room I booked to a luxury suite and gave my wife and me two free high-speed internet packages. Upon entering the suite, I was surprised by the beautiful decoration of flowers and balloons. Then he sent the room a wonderful basket of chocolates and luxurious sweets. This celebration exceeded all my dreams. Many thanks to Mr. Ali and the hotel management. On Tuesday, during the show, he made a cake and presented it with fireworks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As for the hotel, I can say that it is the best choice for those who want a quiet and happy vacation in Kemer. The rooms are elegant, modernly furnished, and excellently maintained. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and very clean, and the view is wonderful, whether overlooking the swimming pool or the mountain. The food is excellent, very varied and delicious, and all the dishes are fresh and prepared with great care and expertise. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, lunch starts from 12:30 until 2 pm, and dinner is from 7 to 9 pm. The dishes change every day but with the same quality and cleanliness. Drinks are available all day, hot or cold. The swimming pool is beautiful, very clean and tidy. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a sauna for free. The hotel has a beautiful and wonderful beach. There is a car that transports from the hotel to the beach and back throughout the day, starting from 10 am until 6 pm, with great regularity. This hotel, in all honesty, deserves appreciation. It is generous for the money. All the staff are dedicated to their work. I hope to come back again next year and I will take my sons to enjoy staying in this wonderful hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help, especially at the reception. Cleanliness is at a very high level, everything was spotless throughout our stay. The shuttle service to the beach and city center was ideal and very convenient. The food was delicious – especially the desserts, rice dishes, cheeses, and salads. We truly enjoyed every moment and would gladly come back again.

Понравилось отношение персонала отеля к гостям.Особая благодарность администратору Евгении. Номер отличный и регулярно проводилась уборка. Еда вкусная. Удобный трансфер на пляж и обратно, пляж отеля благоустроенный, шезлонгов хватало на всех.

The hotel was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed our stay. The food and services were excellent and the staff, from reception to the room service, were professional, kind and friendly. We were welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit. A shuttle bus to the beach and the town center was available throughout the day. Clean pool with slide especially enjoyed by kids. Twice a week evening show. A special thank you goes to Duygu for her help with medical care at the hospital, driving us back to the hotel and for her attentiveness throughout our stay. We definitely record this hotel

Nice hotel for a stop-off for us, reception staff very friendly & attentive, we had a lovely gift in our room fresh fruit 😋& snacks! (Awesome) we got VIP wifi was very good, food was delicious, there was always something we enjoyed at every meal. We had a standard double room very nice spacious balcony! Close to Kemer centre -free minibus pick up & drop off - really enjoyed our stay!

Самый лучший отель в Кемере! Номер был с видом на горы, замечательный персонал, вкусная и разнообразная еда, внимательный персонал! По вечерам проходят шоу программы. Обязательно вернемся))) Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Очень гостеприимный отель, дружелюбный персонал, чистота, красота!

Потрясающее отношение. Регистрация моментальная. В один из дней получили в подарок огромную корзину фруктов. Уборка ежедневная, качественная. До пляжа есть трансфер, ходит чаще чем по расписанию. К примеру, последний трансфер из пляжа в отель в 18.05, но в 17.45 примерно он уже приезжает, видит людей, отвозит их в отель и обратно возвращается к указанному времени. Питание отличное, был и барашек, и бургеры, и так далее. Голодным вряд ли можно остаться, во всяком случае нам было всего достаточно. Днём готовят потрясающий гёзлеме, рядом с ним из крана можно налить айран. В баре пиво Туборг, местный алкоголь, вполне приличное белое вино. Ни разу не болела голова, что говорит о хорошем качестве алкоголя. Есть хамам, спа и прочее, мы не пользовались, поэтому ничего не могу про это рассказать. Отдельно хочу отметить сотрудников ресепшен - потрясающие отзывчивые люди. Отдельное спасибо повару по десертам - он заслуживает высших похвал. В номерах wi-fi платный, в лобби бесплатно. В этом отеле всё отлично. На пляже бар платный. Вкусно готовят, особенно фри и жаренные креветки, но не дешёвое удовольствие, если позволять себе ежедневно. К примеру, 30 баксов за 2 коктейля. Но коктейли были очень вкусно приготовлены. На пляже с утра места в тени быстро занимают, но в обед обычно полно мест, так как большинство едет на обед в отель. Есть отдельные платные лежаки под большим зонтом и на более удобных шезлонгах с толстым мастрасом. Все готовы помочь, отношение дружелюбное. При выселении получили в подарок магнит и сладости. На территории отеля живет семья из 14 черепашек, которых можно кормить))) И да, практически все на расепшен говорят на русском языке. Отель заслуживает самой высокой оценки! После поездки с нами связались и уточнили, всё ли хорошо и как мы доехали (такое впервые за всю историю путешествий). До центра Кемера где-то 20 минут пешком либо около 5 на трасфере, но по расписанию. Расположение в хорошем тихом месте.

Добрый вечер.Отдыхали с семьей .Отдых прошел супер для сервиса недорогого отеля в этом году .Все было супер ,начиная с заселения ,когда персонал нам шел на уступки без доплат и при выселении с подарком ,то мы были в шоке ,бывая в дорогих отелях ,мы такого сервиса не видели .Питание супер ,танцы по вторникам и субботам на высоте ,если есть веселые компании ,то отрывались по полной .Отдых для русских на высоте ,чувствуешь себя ,как дома .Первый отель на Booking,где почувствовали себя своими ,хотя персонал нас видел впервые .Хочу сказать слова благодарности Али и Евгении на ресепшен ,Вы люди с добрым сердцем и открытой душой ,низкий Вам поклон ,я давно не встречала таких добрых и отзывчивых людей .Я вас очень полюбила и вернусь к Вам еще ❤️
