The staff is very flexibel and friendly. Breakfast was incredible, and we're pretty picky. The rooms are clean. You cannot wish for a better location during a city trip.

Great location, lovely staff and lovely rooms.

Gaby 8.0

The location was excellent and if you want the crowds of Grassmarket and Victoria street, you will enjoy it. It's vivacious area. It was not as loud as I expected and was able to sleep well without earplugs despite other reviews they complained of loud noise. I had a cozy single and the room was larger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of outlets especially by the bedside. Kettle in room. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
