It was a good compromise. Parking but not too far 'out of town'. Convenient but not too noisy.
Clean and quiet. Close to bus services into town, but only 20 minute stroll.
Just continental breakfast but the landlord gave me 40% deduction. Very friendly and likeable. Did everything I asked of them
When we arrived there was a slight problem with our room. This was sorted quickly and efficiently by the owner. As a good will gesture he only charged us for 1 night instead of 2.
Spacious comfortable room, no traffic noise, friendly staff. Lots of storage space.
Very nice place, A few bus stops from the city center, excellent communication. Comfortable, spacious room . Very good Wi-Fi free of charge. Lovely, welcoming host.
On the bus route, large room, near Tesco Express, attentive owners
Very friendly and accommodating people
Friendly and helpful staff. We had a really pleasant stay. Close to the city and a bus stop just outside. Perfect for our needs.

Great place, close to city center, homely. Friendly and helpful host, spacious and very neat room.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower clean and useable.
The place while a bit dated was very clean, the owners were welcoming and lovely they let us leave my wheelchair in the conservatory so we didn’t have to take it upstairs to it go. The tea and coffee in the room was of good quality and was plentiful. We would definitely stay there again and would tell others too to.
The bedroom & the hosts
Our hosts were very hospitable and made us feel at home. The guest house is conveniently located to various amenities, shops and restaurants and approximately 30 minutes walk into the city centre. The continentinal breakfast is a self buffet. Tea & coffee are served with love and a human touch and breakfast is good value for money considering the elements provided.
