We liked the location as it was walking distance from a lot of tourist attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were always willing to help us with directions and any problems.

hotel was in a great location everything was walkable, the staff were friendly and available at all times, i booked a triple room and was upgraded to a quadruple free of charge., sheets and towels were changed everyday also the room was tidied. Also breakfast had good variety buffet and the view from the terrace was great.

The location was excellent, walking distance from all the historic sites, and short taxi ride to the all the other nearby areas to visit, busy bustling area and all amenities were close by. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. We took advantage of the spa on the last night, an amazing hamam experience!

1. The Staff: exceptional treatment by most staff members: Special mention must be made of Atilla at the Front Desk: his professionalism and interpersonal skills were outstanding. 2. The upkeep of my lovely room: the speed that towels were replaced and the high standard of cleanliness by the Cleaners on Level 3. I am sorry I do not have their names. 3. The Breakfast on Level 6/ Roof : stunning view! In fact, I am surprised that it is not opened in the evenings as a coffee bar or cocktail bar. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, especially Hader from Afghanistan. 4 Reception Lounge: what a beautifully decorated Lounge with the magnificent large window looking out to the street and park. 5. Airport Shuttle Service: a great help and convenient.

Staff were very helpful on the reception. Breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from . Rooms were clean and tidy and the location was fine five minutes from tram stops and ten minutes from the grand bazaar. Overall very good value for money.

Our stay was really great, very kind staff, clean rooms and amazing location near attractive areas of old Istanbul. Tram way is few minutes walking with historical Sultanahmet with other areas are very close.
