Hay Hotel Alsancak

Good location. Very nice and helpfull staff.

Great little hotel with comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed. We didn't have breakfast as we thought that should have been included. It was in a good location close to the main area for restaurants and shops.

- wifi was good but weirdly had times where it would slow - very central location right next to the ocean, though you can't see it from your room - friendly and helpful staff - very clean and comfortable overall - right in front of celebi unlu! I went every time when there's no line cause it's so close. Usually the line is huge

The staff and the breakfast was good. Hotel is very close to busy restaurants street.

I loved the proximity to the promenade and pedestrian area. The room was nice and spaciouse. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lovely variety and was deliciouse.

The room was fun and practical (also big). The staff was nice and the location perfect.

Vibrant location close to train and metro station; staff are nice👍🏼

Fabulous hotel to stay in, good sized room with great facilities and the staff were so helpful, bed was comfortable, wifi great and close to all the shops and eateries. Easy to get to from the train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

The reception and breakfast staff were always helpful and smiling. The room was a good size, modern and well equipped. Great location on one of the main shopping/cafe streets. Also close to the attractive bay esplanade and Alsacnac Ferry Terminal. Very convenient for the station to the airport

It's a beautiful hotel, very well decorated. It was clean everywhere, and the room, bed, and bathroom were comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hay Hotel Alsancak. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s location in Alsancak is perfect, just a short walk from the lively streets, restaurants, and the seaside, making it ideal for exploring the city.
