The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the city center, yet in a nice private area with nice view looking north to the city and a big park. With the windows closed you don't get the noise from the road. The superior rooms are spacious with enough space for extra bet. The private entrance and the pool and spa are also nice add-on.

One of those nostalgic classy hotels from the bygone era. Traditional old school. Great hotel for the price we paid, was value for money and facilities were great. The lady managing the facilities and the termal pool , salt room and sauna was a star , always friendly and with a great smile

The staff is amazing! Thermal pool, sauna and salt room was really nice, which was free of charge. The best hotel breakfast we have had in Turkey!

Stayed with my family booking 3 rooms for 5 days .Very good value for money, the hotel gives you a nostalgic feeling , very obvious this was once the classiest hotel in the area. Has all the facilities you need for a comfy and pleasant stay. Liked thermal pool and sauna much. Himayalan Salt room was also cool. A few minor hiccups with the room and service but nothing of great concern. The lady servicing the sauna and spa area was super helpful and always enthusiastic and ready to assist. She really stood out. Also superb views facing Bursa from the balcony

The hotel was nice, and the staff was kind. The rooms were solid, with nice balconies and views. The spa had a lot to offer.

Position

Good breakfast, wide selection of cold and hot dishes. The room was quiet, I was on the second floor with a nice view of the city. Perfect spa included in the price. I was there in winter, outside the weekend, so it was very few people, so I can't judge how it is at other times. In the price of accommodation I had the opportunity to go to the salt cave, sauna, bathroom and large classic thermal pool, which was part of the spa in classic Turkish style. The spa was clean and the staff were very helpful and smiling, which always made my evening better after a busy day. For example, I just had to point out the lack of towels and everything was taken care of promptly. I didn't try the massages. Other services as in a classic 5* hotel. The staff will park the car and take care of the luggage. There was someone at the reception 24 hours a day with sufficient English and they were helpful in solving my requests.

Breakfast is really excellent.
