Guest Reviews
Excellent host! Very convenient location: you can drop off your purchases or change clothes at any time. Water, tea, and coffee bags are provided. A comfortable mattress and a pillow. Cleaning every day
perfect location
Location is perfect and staff is perfect
A fantastic location! Right in the heart of Taksim! A great buzzing atmosphere with endless restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping! Staff are so friendly and helpful! Serkan was in contact with me over whats app before my arrival to make sure I was ok with transport and he provided great info. I was personally shown my room at check in, which is a nice touch! Free tea, coffee and water at reception. I was grateful to get a loan of a kettle for my room. The fridge was nice and cold, as many hotels I find the fridge to be warm!
Very good price with perfect location
The location is perfect staff is as great as family mr.Serkan and his colleagues are great at welcoming customers and try their best to satisfy them i also love the vibes there
The staff are very friendly, they carried my baggage and when I asked for Check-out with a delay they accepted. I really recommend this place specially for solo women who are looking for a safe place.
Amazing and friendly staff, very welcoming and nice. Quite basic, but everything works well and is quite comfortable. There is a place to work & drink çay. Good wifi downstairs.
friendly staff. festive area. on the loud side but it's a nightlife area so fair.play. Nice staff
The staff kindly offered me a different room for the same price, which was very helpful since the area of hotel is located in Taksim area which is quite lively at night, so I was able to get a good night rest. I have no complaints, good price for that location. Friendly staff. I would choose that place again.
The location is very good for a tourist trip. 5 minutes walk from Taxim metro station. 50 meters from Istiklal Avenue (one of the most famous pedestrian avenues in the city). 10 minutes walk to the airport shuttle bus stop on Abdulhak Hamit Caddesi Street. Taksim Funicular to Kabatas Harbor. My room overlooked the courtyard, so you couldn't hear the street at all. It was very quiet to sleep even with the window open.
My flight was delayed by around 20 hours, and instead of arriving at the hotel at 11 AM as planned, I got there at 4 AM the next day. When I arrived, the hotel receptionist was waiting for me and handed me a pre-prepared document with my name on it. Without any hassle or questions, I simply signed it, and they guided me to my room. Since they noticed I was exhausted, they kindly carried my heavy bag up to the third floor. My room was clean and well worth the price. But what stood out the most was the friendly attitude of the hotel staff, which made my stay truly enjoyable.
A little noise from the street
