We had a pleasant stay at İckale Hotel. The staff were always friendly, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Although I didn’t use the hotel’s parking garage, the reception team consistently assisted me whenever needed, especially given the hotel’s location on a narrow main street. Housekeeping was also very good, and the hotel’s location is convenient depending on your plans in Ankara.

Great location with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars.. Nice spacious clean room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast is very nice and staff are very polite and friendly.

The hotel has a great location (walking distance to Anaktabir and the modern centre) and a beautiful interior, spacey and very nice rooms with a small balcony and a pleasant view. The rooms are well isolated against noise and have VERY comfortable beds. The staff was really helpful and friendly. There is even valet service at the hotel. There is a great choice of various delicious things to eat during the breakfast. We also used the wellness centre - also great with plenty of options, although Hamam was not warm or steamy, but the salt room and the saunas were great. We did not try the swimming pool but it looked great, pleasant ambience. Also the staff in the wellness area was very friendly.

There was problem with our booking which was caused by the booking.com platform but the hotel management was very cooperative when I explained it to them. The lady at the customer relationship office was very nice and not only solved the problem, but also sent us a fruit plate as a retreat 🙂

Nice cosy and cheap hotel with a classical theme with good bedrooms and bathrooms. A classical reception area nicely designed but a bit dark. A pleasant coffee shop attached to the hotel was very convenient. Good location for the castle area, museums, opera house and main train station. Plenty going on in the area, shopping and restaurants.

- Location. 5 min talk to the metro station (Maltepe) and this line goes to the bus station too. Very convenient. The hotel is closed to many cafes and restaurants. There is also a Carrefour (supermarket) nearby. - Staff. Thanks to Mr. Harun (hopefully I didn't misspell his name!). He helped me to solve a tricky issue about my bus tickets. It really helped a lot and saved me lots of time and money!
