Sauna und Pool im Hotel Frühstück OK
I booked this hotel for my 78-year-old mother, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible care and professionalism. After my mother’s flight landed, I couldn't reach her, which made me quite anxious. I called the hotel to check if she had arrived, but she hadn't yet. To my surprise, as soon as she checked in, the hotel staff immediately called me to let me know she had arrived safely. This simple act meant the world to me. The attention to detail, kindness, and comfort provided were exceptional. Thank you so much for going above and beyond it truly made a difference.

Je vous raconte ce qui m’est arrivé, je me suis promené en taxi pour aller acheter un short et en revenant j’ai repris un taxi. J’ai perdu mon portefeuille dans le taxi avec de l’argent et toutes mes cartes et passeports écarts d’identité. Je rentre à l’hôtel, le taxi est parti et ma carte de chambre d’hôtel était dans mon portefeuille je monte dans ma chambre et je vois qu’il me manque mon portefeuille. Je descends en bas je vais à la réception je leur dis j’ai pas mon portefeuille je l’ai perdu et je pense qu’il est dans le taxi, le réceptionniste a téléphoné à une personne qui l’a remplacé, il est venu avec moi, aller chez le RESPONSABLE de la Société des Taxi a demandé que le chauffeur qui m’a amené jusqu’à l’hôtel vérifie à l’arrière si j’avais mon portefeuille et le temps qu’il raccroche. Le chauffeur est venu il m’a rendu le portefeuille. Je vous jure que c’est une vraie histoire Super a conseiller
