Title: Exceptional Stay at Ibis Istanbul West I had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Istanbul West from 25th to 31st August 2025, and I must say, the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the reception team. The room was immaculate — modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally cosy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Istanbul. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety of options, freshness of the food, and attentive service made every morning enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel’s location — close to the airport and well-connected to the city, which made travelling around effortless. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with displayed genuine care and attention to detail, which made my stay feel personal and memorable. I would highly recommend Ibis Istanbul West to anyone visiting the city — whether for business or leisure. The staff is very helpful, for any question or request they are available to help you, especially Emir. The room has enough space. The location is very good, because there are bus stops nearby. I will choose to stay at the Ibis Istanbul West again
