All the reception team were very friendly, especially Farhad. The housekeeping was amazing! Our room was upgraded free of charge, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is about 10 minutes from Taksim Square — I’d recommend taking a taxi. There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the corner of the property — definitely worth trying!

The stuff was very kind and helped us with paying the road taxes and answered to all of our questions. The parking in front of the hotel was great. The distance from the main tourist area is reasonable but keep in mind that we walked on very inclined streets and this can't be accessible for people with some health issues or special needs. We really liked this accommodation.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Clean and well kept. It's close to taksim and istiklal. Easy to get to major sights around istanbul. I wish there were some cafes close by like the Galata area.

The bedrooms are good, but what we enjoyed more was the service of the staff; mainly from Dawud and Busa. They are fantastic

Almost everything here was nice. Very friendly, polite and helpful receptionists and other staffs. The room was quite clean. Breakfast was nice, even though food was almost the same every day.
