Excellent location. Had a sea view room - recommended.
Friendly accommodating staff Great Breakfast, no moans when I personally ordered breakfast Clean
The rooms are dated and need an upgrade, lampshades were broken and in a bad state, beds were clean and comfy, staff were superb, breakfast was fantastic overall great value for the money, would definitely be happy to stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay. Room was not the best re decoration but was extremely comfortable. Would definitely go again.
Accommodating in that they always act on any requests you make regarding location of room. Comfortable beds. Good shower.
I liked everything about the Imperial, lovely hotel with decor, lovely breakfast in the morning, and tasty food from No 10 bar. A great 3 night stay. Staff polite.
Breakfast was lovely, good options of food. The evening meal we had was delightful and good value. The road had character. Guru (the duty Manager) was very friendly and helpful.
6 foot bed in superior room. Really comfy. Room was very spacious. Loved the sea view.
Lovely old fashioned hotel, pleasant staff. Room lovely, clean, comfortable and warm with beautiful toiletries.
Breakfast always excellent.
Nice comfy beds and hotel warm. Welcoming staff and helpful. Dog friendly . Easy to park and good breakfast selection. Nice view of sea.
I have family in Blackpool so know the area well. The Imperial was always 'the posh place' that was used by leadership at party conferences. Those days have gone, but the Imperial is still impressive, if a little dated in terms of the rooms. At the price offered it was great. I needed to visit for family business so it was great to use the Imperial at last. I was not disappointed and was particularly impressed by the breakfast location (food was good as well). Parking was easy and right outside the entrance. Being November I also had chance to walk some of the Illuminations (right outside the hotel), as well as the tableaus (about 1 mile north, walk or tram to them).
