Very polite staff and give a lot of effort to meet your needs ' specially Mr Basel at the reception and staff in the restaurant .Hotel is very quiet compared to other hotels in Taksim square which my wife and i booked various times. We felt almost at home .. Wardrobe very large 'so we could pack all our clothes out of the suitcases which was wonderful A small gift on our last day to us, will keep this hotel and the lovely people of Istanbul for a long time in our memories .

I had a wonderful stay at Inntel hotel! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Basel and Ghassan were incredibly lovely and always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for such a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
