What I liked the most was the staff. Mohammed, Emre and the chef, Ikur we're so kind, friendly and very helpful. They really made me feel very welcome. Breakfast: I loved the breakfast. Everyday, Ikur prepared something different. You had two type of cheese, olives, boiled eggs, eggs with vegetable or meat, sausage, vegetables, bread and savoury pastries. I missed some fruit but to be honest, I think the breakfast is fantastic and Ikur, the chef, was so special. Location: I was told to stay in Sultanameh but I really recommend Taksim. The hotel is next to one of the most important streets ( plenty of shops, coffees, restaurants) and it is quite safe. It was very important for me as I was traveling alone. I'm not a night person but, if you like it, this is also your place. Staff: very friendly and helpful.

Was nice experience in Taksim area , the staff was super friendly, the room was huge and very comfy, the room had small fridge which is ideal for summer time and kettle with coffee and tea.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. It’s definitely worth the value and they truly take care of you

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr Mohamed. The location was perfect, close to Istiklal and taksim. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Great hotel for solo tourists, a couple, or a group of friends. I had a minimalistic but big room. It could have a bit more appliances, but in general there was everything I needed. Very friendly staff ready to help, they recommended me some restaurants and helped me out with the local transport. Also we had a nice small talk. The location is great because it is the center of the city. It is near a street full of cafés, shops and bars, which is good but be ready that it can be noisy at night

Staff were very helpful and friendly..did clean our room every day..lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
