We enjoyed our stay. The location is great as it takes you just a few minutes walking to the beach or into town. Restaurants, shops, super market, pharmacy - everything is around the corner. The service is good and the cleaning lady suprised us every second day with a new great design of towels on our bed. I loved that it was rather quiet during the day as they don't have an animation team and loud music at the poolside (just sometimes).

Our cleaner lady exceeded any service we experienced even in 5* hotels! The food was always fresh and plenty to choose from, kebab was extraordinary! Breakfast could improve a little but overall was ok. Absolutely perfect location and free of charge sunbeds at the beach was a fantastic bonus! Really really pleased with our visit and will recomend this hotel to all our friends when they plan to visit. Pool clean and you always have a sun lounger to sit on. Facilities in a room basic but air con worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable ( you also get additional small pillow !) Really happy we wnet there and would like to say to all of the stuff HUGE THANK YOU!! Kamila & Mario I forgot to mention the spa and massage treatment we went for! Blimey that was an experience which was top notch!!! PLease Please get yourself booked to Kandelor Spa as is absolutely best haman massage you will experience! We had a 100min package for only 30 euro!! Worth at least twice as much! Thank you to Rubi and her friend and also the lovely lady who booked us in at reception. once again extraordinary trip :)

Очень понравилось отношение персонала, приехали уже ночью, несмотря на это мужчина на рецепшн накормил нас, объяснил где мы можешь оставить вещи и где мы можем поспать. Заселили нас уже рано утром, все прошло максимально быстро. Расположение отеля очень удобное, до пляжа идти 5 минут, до канатной дороги, ведущей в крепость Алании около 10 минут. Поблизости есть банкоматы, аптеки и ресторанчики. Была утеряна карта от номера, менеджер дал новую и сказал, чтобы мы еще раз проверили, может оставили в номере. Но

Хороший отель с удобным месторасположением. Пляж Клеопатры находится в 7 минутах ходьбы. Рядом кафе и магазины. Заселили сразу по приезду, не дожидаясь двух часов дня. Весь день в доступе напитки, чай, кофе. Еда тоже понравилась, все хорошо организовано. Бассейн и лежаки чистые.

Очень добродушный персонал. На ресепшен русскоговорящие ребята. Всегда помогали, подсказывали и были очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Работники ресторана тоже все очень душевные. Всегда выходил шев-повар приветствовать, ребята официанты шустрые, все быстро убирали и приносили. Еда была вкусная. Много овощей, в основном курица, реже говядина, тефтели, овощи с фаршем, рыба. В номерах убирали хорошо. Расположение отеля очень удобное для городского отеля. Выбирали такой сознательно. Рядом пляж Клеопатра (10 минут медленным шагом), достопримечательности (пещера, крепость) и магазины. Все удобно. Этот отель скорее для взрослых, для отдыха с детьми я бы выбрала другой отель, потому что для детей особенно ничего не предусмотрено (Нет аниматоров, детских клубов и дискотек) да и еда для детей не очень разнообразна (макароны, картофель не всегда).

Прекрасный отель. До моря минут 6-8. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. На все просьбы реагировали очень быстро ( дополнительное одеяло, вода). Мы приехали поздно вечером, но в ужине нам не отказали. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Спасибо повару. В номерах чисто! Рекомендую однозначно.

Varsinkin keittiö- ja ravintolahenkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä, auttavaista ja mukavaa. Ruoka on hyvää ja monipuolista. Huone oli siisti ja oli huomioitu toivomus ylemmästä kerroksesta. Hyvällä paikalla, lyhyt matka rantaan ja pääkadulle.

Шеф-повар просто душка! Каждый день было приятно посещать его шведский стол. Изобилие овощных блюд. Всегда есть мясные варианты. Практически каждый день что-то новенькое. Шикарный ассортимент зелени. И вкуснейший турецкий кофе от бармена. Для ежедневного питания в самый раз.

Október végén voltunk pár napot, az időjárás még szuper volt, a tenger 25 fokos. Ár-érték arányban megfelelő szállás. Egyszerű, tiszta szálloda, fürdőszoba eléggé lepusztult, felújításra szorul. Ételek nagyon finomak. Strand kb. 5-10 perc gyalogosan. Napozóágyakért + napernyő fizetni kell, 3 euró /nap, wc 50 cent, strand büfé fizetős. Szinte mindenütt lehet kártyával vagy euróval fizetni, lírát nem is váltottunk.
