Kandıra Butik Hotel

We had an absolute great stay at the Kandira Butik Hotel! Starting from the warm welcome by Mohamed, who was always reachable no matter what questions we had. He gave us great advices on beaches and restaurants etc. We highly appreciated it! Another highlight was the breakfast! The choice and freshness provided was amazing! Homemade jams (we bought 5 glasses :)), fresh vegetables & melon, olives etc. Every morning we had freshly menemen prepared by Mohamed's mum - to die for!!! The pool was super clean and well taken care of. The whole property is a little paradise. We never had issues finding a parking at the site. Walking to town wasn't a problem for us either. We like to have a little digesting walk after a day full of food :). We wouldn't recommend to go to Cesme town by car, finding a parking might be difficult. Overall we truly recommend to stay at the Kandira Butik Hotel, its a gem!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I can’t thank them enough for how well they took care of us! They even drove us to the port to catch our ferry :) also, the breakfast was delicious!!

Mehmet and his family are very AMAZING, kind,generous and very welcoming!Very professional! The hotel is very clean, tidy and beautiful. Everything was perfect, the hotel is located in very quiet area.view. The breakfast was superb with fresh food and amazing homemade jams, fresh eggs fried or omelette and dailycooked cheese pie.Also there was the choice for turkish coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!! A big thank you to Mehmet and his family.

Accueil très sympathique. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et spacieuses. Elles donnaient toutes sur la piscine. Piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir après la visite de Çeşme. Petit déjeuner maison très copieux et succulent!

Tesis sahibi, eşi ve çalışanları güler yüzlü, yardımcı, kibar insanlardı. Ev yapımı reçeller şahaneydi.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig von der Promenade und Altstadt entfernt. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gemütlich und einladend zudem sehr sauber. Im ganzen Hotel riecht es gut und die Betreiber sind extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen welches unseren Aufenthalt noch aufgewertet hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, sollten wir erneut nach cesme reisen. LG Timur und Tina

I was very surprised to see that this hotel had perfect scores in all the reviews when I was making my reservation — but after staying here, I completely understand why. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, and truly makes you feel at home. Breakfasts are also absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Mehmet and his family are super generous and very welcoming! He made us feel at home from the beginning till the end. The hotel is really clean, beautiful and well taken care of. Everything was superb, the view, the food and the room. The breakfast was to die for, super fresh and made with love, especially the menemen and the homemade jams. We are certainly coming back here, I recommend this hotel to everyone!! A big thank you to Mehmet and his family.

We stayed at the hotel from June 24 to July 1, 2025. A quiet family hotel. Nice clean room, great service. The owner of the hotel Mehmet Bey always responded to any question and helped to solve it. Great and delicious breakfasts, polite and friendly staff. And we really liked the variety of jams from Mehmet Bey's mother. Thank you for the good mood and positive vacation...

What an amazing place and a great family that run this. There is nothing negative that I can say. For me the best thing was the lack of intrusion, no knocking on the door for cleaning or changing of bedding/towels. We like to be by ourselves so Kandira was simply perfect 👌 Beautiful pool area. The hosts allowed us to wash our clothes in their laundry area as we had been travelling from Istanbul for 9 days before we arrived. Mehmet's Mama is such a wonderful lady 💕 I got a bit emotional when we left but held it in lol! Thank you for our visit ❤️

Petit déjeuner royal :D Piscine peu chlorée, fraiche et propre. Mehmet (?) et sa maman étaient d'une gentillesse inégalée :) Endroit très calme, pas loin du centre et à côté de la station de bus

店主非常热情友好，随时提供帮助，并给予实用的建议。早餐很有特色，房东还提供自己煮的美味热食。酒店距离大巴终点站近，很方便，虽然要走上坡路有点累，但上山看到的美景，也值了。

The location is great quiet area 15 minutes drive to every beach you want to go. Nice view family run business very polite and they’re willing to go extra mile for customers.

It was a little away from the main hotels which I liked. Yet still centrally located ; easy walking distance to the marina, castle, ferries to Chios and the centre. Supermarket Bim very close by. Able to take food to the hotel and a small fridge and kettle in the room😃👍 Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfasts. Lovely pool and garden with pink flamingos to relax in! Bus station close by and easy to get to Alacati, Izmir etc
