The hotel location is very convenient 5 mins to the airport and 15 mins to the city center, also surrounded with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The staff are amazing and helpful especially Mr. Mosaab ( hotel's manager), he is very helpful can give good tips for food and attractions. Rooms are specious, clean and modern as advertised . I had some work-related stuff to be done in Trabzon. I was worn out after the Trip. I arrived at the hotel and OMG! They were really helpful, they served me with anything I asked for, and I even needed to rent a car, they helped me with that as well! I'd DEFINITELY recommend it if you're going to Trabzon.
