Location near sea and very close to the centre. Only 15mins walk from the ferry port. Lovely old Greek style mansion converted to a hotel. Mehmet and others were helpful and kind. The daily free breakfast snacks and tea/coffee appreciated. The room was spacious with high ceilings and character features. We could dry some washing from balcony upstairs, and they stored our luggage after checkout. Totally recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever we had a question, they replied right away and always made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay so much easier. Everyone spoke excellent English, which was a huge help since in the city not many people do and there isn’t much written in English either. Every morning they kindly waited for us to have a late breakfast, and there was always a delicious muffin along with coffee, tea, water, or fresh fruit waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated, everything was in perfect condition, and we especially loved the small terrace area – perfect for eating, working, or just enjoying the fresh air. The location is ideal: close to everything, yet tucked away in a quiet side street. Even at night we could sleep with the windows open, as it was so peaceful compared to the busy parts of Ayvalık. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayvalık!

We loved the historic building and the minimal but functional design of the rooms. Our room had an amazing sunset view! The hotel manager was very engaging and gave us great suggestions. Hotel’s location was also perfect: very central yet quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is situated in a very central part of the city, with everyone being incredibly helpful. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. I’d love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Ayvalik.

Considering price and performance, this is an excellent hotel. Location is at the heart of Ayvalık. Staff are helpful, their recommendations about what to see were great. Old stone house gives you a feeling of coziness.

Beautiful little hotel in a tastefully restored traditional building. Mehmet and his team could not have been more friendly and welcoming. They also provided valuable information on restaurants, beaches, and local transport. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will hopefully be back.

A beautifully decorated hotel, very clean, and centrally located in the heart of Ayvalık. Our room had a beautiful sea view. The owner of the hotel is a very lovely and attentive gentleman who also helped us get there by car and gave us many recommendations for nearby restaurants, parking, and beaches. Will definitely come back when I'm in Ayvalık again!
