Leith House was beautifully situated, close to Harbour & close to city (very walkable for those who are fit. Easy walk to Leith Walk & the tram. The Staff were fantastic to deal with, especially when one made a special visit late at night the night before we left to help us find a missing item of luggage. The room was cosy & suitable heated for 2° nights. Highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Location was good as only a short walk each way in to leith and Edinburgh. The hotel was clean and was great for what we needed

This beb is in a good location to reach the center of Edinburgh, a quiet residential neighborhood with bars and restaurants. The single room on the first floor was lovely and welcoming with a window overlooking the courtyard and a rather modern bathroom.A kettle with tea and coffee facilities was provided.I can consider myself globally satisfied as there is a good quality/price ratio. This is a good base for visiting Edinburgh without spending a fortune and having comfortable accommodation not too far from the centre.
