We had a really wonderful stay at the Levni hotel. All the staff (Ahmad, Muhammad, Oguz & Yasemin on the front desk, and everyone serving breakfast) were amazing - so thoughtful, patient and generous with their time, really exemplary customer service. Special shout out to Johanna in the spa who gave me the best body scrub & foam massage, and left my skin feeling the softest it’s been since I was a baby! The room, the view, the location, the breakfast selection - were all fabulous! Thanks so much for everything! Eva & family.

Prime city centre location next to all the tourist sites and easily accessible to the tram system Mr Ahmad the concierge is the best of any hotel I have stayed in - nothing is too much trouble for him

Great hotel in an excellent location for all the sights. Cihan the front desk manager and Ahmed the concierge were brilliant and made are stay perfect. Ahmed in particular went over and beyond to ensure we had a good stay and arranged some treats for my friends birthday. Highly recommend this hotel for service, value and location.

The location was excellent. In the old part of Istanbul and close to all the popular sites. The staff were excellent, especially the concierge, Ahmad, who made a special effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay and celebrate a significant birthday for one of us. The hotel also provided a birthday cake and special wishes and made known the birthday to the harbour cruise company who also provided a special birthday celebration. The night staff welcomed us late at night after a long tiring day and as well providing a refreshing spiced tea also provided great information and maps on how to get around to the major sites. They were all excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay there again without hesitation.
