One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, for this price and quality of service. Very friendly and helpful staff and management - we checked in earlier than was planned and manager even provided us with a better suite, because it was our honeymoon. Lovely and spacious rooms, tidy, strong AC’s. Hats down best Turkish breakfast I’ve had in a while :) Kind regards to the Lilium team!

The room was extremely clean and new and 3 ac in our suite Also the staff were mostly very welcoming especially the turkish lady at the bar/breakfast she was very kind Also the nightshift reception guy he could not speak English very well but he was always kind and he helped me when i was sick 2-3 am to get to hospital

Overall, the hotel is very good. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as the window curtains and the bedding. Due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport, the sound of planes taking off and landing can be heard from the room, especially at night. Aside from that, the hotel is lovely, and the staff are extremely kind and friendly

During our stay, my daughter celebrated her 18th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to help me organize a surprise for her — it was truly heartwarming and made the occasion even more special. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were attentive, helpful with every request, and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was warm, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was exceptional. This experience will stay with us for a long time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Hotel was immaculate! The staff are the friendliest staff i have ever encountered. Genuinely caring, they couldn't do enough for me. Which is what I needed after having big surgery! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was lovely 😍 Fell in love with the sweet (very vocal) white cat that lives in the hotel. Please buy him some wet cat food! He loves the wet food by purina.
