Отличное расположение. Пляж в 20 метрах. Гостиницу окружает сад с фруктовыми деревьями и черепахой. Есть детская площадка и бассейн. И кафе. Прекрасный доброжелательный и очень порядочный хозяин Эрдал, который все вопросы оперативно решает. В первый же день отвез меня в магазин, поменял деньги. Помог забронировать гостиницу в Стамбуле. У него же можно заказать трансфер. Описание на букинге не совсем соответствует. Я получила условия проживания гораздо более комфортные , чем описано. Да, гостиница не новая, но очень чисто и ухожено везде. В номере все работает и удобно расположено. Белье и полотенца чистые и приятно пахнут. Есть полотенца для пляжа. Светильники около кровати, розетки в нужных местах и еще всякие удобные мелочи. Номера почти все состоят из двух комнат и кухни. На кухне есть все необходимое , для готовки. В итоге, я очень комфортно и бюджетно отдохнула. Также ела в кафе у хозяина Эрдала , заказывала мясо - Это было божественно! Он отлично готовит! В общем, рекомендую гостиницу, если вы хотите спокойного отдыха. Для семьи с детьми тоже будет очень комфортно.

Loved the location. The apartments are basic but they have everything you need. Old fashioned but functional and very clean. The bed was like a cloud! Had the best nights sleep in the bed. The property is very cosy and welcoming. We especially loved the many fruit trees and cute lighting on the grounds of the property. The owner urdel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. He is an amazing chef too so highly recommend the food. The vibe was like home from home which is always a bonus. We will visit the property again next time we stay in side. Thank you so much.

Proximity to sea,, pool and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Other guests were from many backgrounds and places. Plenty of parking. Our room faced the outdoor party area of the next property which was very entertaining to watch from the balcony. The nearby sandy beach (about 100 yards away) has plenty of free umbrella's. and chairs already set up. Room air conditioning was very good.

В первую очередь это расположение апартаментов, и отличное отношение управляющего господина Эрдал бей к отдыхающим и к своим обязанностям. Не смотря на то, что здания старой постройки, мебелировка также старая, он вкладывает много усилий для улучшения условий проживания. Отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь, съездить в супермаркет или предоставит необходимый инвентарь по вашей просьбе. Территория ухоженная и тенистая. Бассейн чистый. Море и апартаменты отделяет только небольшое кафе. Море чистое, есть пляж. Правда шезлонги платные. Со скидкой. Очень красивая набережная где можно по вечерам прогулятся. Магазины буквально в 5 минутах пешком. Учитывая фактор цена-качество мы провели очень хороший, спокойный отдых.

Отличное место. Сразу ресторан и выход к морю. Отличный бассейн. Отличный управляющий. Помогает во всем. Соотношение цена и качество. Если у вас есть советская дача, это такой стиль. В основном, гости - местные. Кажется, что мы там были 10 дней единственные. Люди менялись часто. Но в номере было тихо - шума улицы и отелей не было слышно.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location – ideal for true sea lovers Linda Apart is an excellent hotel located right on the seafront, just a one-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. It’s a perfect choice for those who prefer to enjoy an authentic seaside holiday in the charming Side region without overpaying for overpriced all-inclusive resorts. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with large bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. The on-site restaurant offers tasty dishes at very reasonable prices, and the garden area is filled with fruit trees and shady spots where you can relax and unwind, especially in the evenings. The manager is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and is always helpful. The surrounding area offers everything you need: numerous shops, restaurants, and a beautiful seaside promenade with many entertainment options. In summary, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. It is highly recommended for those who truly appreciate the sea, the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast, and the freedom to enjoy their vacation on their own terms—without the excesses of typical all-inclusive packages. Highly recommended!
